Unlikely: This is a tough question to answer because poisoning could be caused by so many things. Nevertheless, brain aneurysms are generally thought to be acquired lesions and thought of a vascular degenerative wear-and-tear phenomenom related to inefficient vascular wall endothelial remodelling and hypertension.
