Aneurysm - lifestyle: Aneurysms do not cause symptoms for most people. If they rupture/burst, they cause subarachnoid hemorrhage which does affect your lifestyle - ICU for 2 weeks, possible death, coma or disabilty. Diagnosis of a cerebral aneurysm means cutting down on nicotine, controlling your blood pressure, and possibly having the aneurysm secured with coiling or clipping. Did this answer your question?
