Contact office: Contact your doctor's office: almost every clinic has specific guidelines for this procedure that you will need to follow. In general, these are very safe and low risk. Try to get a good nights rest and relax the night before.

Nothing: If you are not having any sedation, then just have a light breakfast before your injection. Occasionally some people get lightheaded while getting the injection or shortly after, however this resolves most of the time on its own. Usually the worse part is just numbing the skin at the start of the injection.
