Weight and aerobics: Aerobic or cardiovascular exercise will reduce fat, making the underlying muscle more prominent. Weight lifting is also good but for toning it's best to use lighter weights and do more reps as opposed to heavier weights with fewer reps (which is used for adding bulk).
