Go beyond the usual because "i want to be healthy" or "i want to look good." ask yourself why do you want those things? How important are they to you? What are you willing to do to succeed? Insure that calories burned exceed calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water/day. Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 servings of fruit per/day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid sodas, alcohol & junk carbohydrates. Get.
