Identify what matter: To motivate yourself to lose weight, identify why it is really important to you. Go beyond the usual because "i want to be healthy" or "i want to look good." ask yourself why do you want those things? How important are they to you? What are you willing to do to succeed? Once you have your answers, develop a process with the help of a professional that will hold you accountable and go for it!
