"Easy", no: Fecundity and spontaneous ovulation percentages drop significantly after age 40, unless frequent pregnancies after age 30 have occured. It is still possible to get pregnant, but it may require the assistance of "jumper cables"(fertility drugs) for ovulation. "easy" pregnancies seem to occur to teenagers in the back seat of a vehicle without contraception rather that 42 year olds.
