Breastfeeding: After delivering your baby, the hormones that lead to lactation prevent you from ovulating. If you are breastfeeding, these hormones will remain elevated and may prevent you from getting pregnant. However, if you discontinue breastfeeding and your cycle returns, you may conceive as you have started ovulating again.

Maybe: This is different in every person. If you are breast feeding it is harder, but it does happen. You should discuss this with your OB/GYN.
