See a dermatologist: Lamasil is not the best treatment for tv. Better to take a single dose of fluconazole, possibly repeated a week later. Get otc Clotrimazole or Miconazole cream ($5 or $10) & start rubbing in. Get otc selsun blue or head & shoulders shampoo, wash entire body in shower every day for 10-20 years as tv likes you & will return.
