Seek help?: This is an intersting question. As a co-worker of mine used to say: do you feel you were victimized by the abuse? If yes, or if you are bothered by the fact you were abused then yes. There a few people who are very psychologically strong or whose abuse was not too bad, where we can say they were abused but not victimized. May be getting a consult will help you decide.
