How effective is pure jojoba oil in treating acne? is it useful?

You decide: This stuff has been offered to the public for pretty much everything involving the skin. Physiologically, applying a waxy oil for acne makes no sense. Don't spend too much money, and something that actually works pretty well most of the time, such as topical Clindamycin rx, may even be cheaper.
