A member asked:

Is group thereapy very effective group therapy?

It can be: The effectiveness of group therapy (gt) depends on the skills of the therapist, the type of group being led, and the abilities of the group members to actively participate. A potential key advantage of GT is that you get feedback from multiple peers. It is easier to ignore the feedback from the therapist in individual therapy than the feedback from multiple peers in group therapy.
