Leg length problem: This could be a possible lenth length problem, where one leg is longer than the other causing you to favor the right foot creating the pain. The other possibility of a baker's cyst behind the knee.

Check circulation: If MRI showed nothing, you should check the circulation. Sometimes the pain could be poor circulation on the leg. There's another possibility is from the lower back problem. Lower back problem also could radiating pain to the leg.
