A member asked:

Is it still possible to have a growth spurt at 19?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Growth at 19: One can grow in height until their growth-plates fuse. In males, this is typically at age16. If one has late puberty you can grow longer. An x-ray of the left hand called a "bone age" can determine if your growth plates are still open. This is the only way to know for sure.
