How long after having breast reduction surgery will i know my final bra size?

2-3 months: It takes a while for the swelling to go down after reduction mammoplasty.

3-4 months: Although size will not change much after 2-4 weeks, the shape will change. I tell my patients not to spend money on expensive bras for the first 6 months.

Several Months.: I would suggest waiting 3 to 4 months before spending money on expensive bras. The breasts will continue to change during the first year after breast reduction surgery but the majority of the changes will occur within the first few months.
