Define "lazy": If you mean a misaligned eye, when both are not pointed in the same direction, this can be treated with eye muscle surgery. If you mean lazy as in not seeing as well, there may be nothing available.When the brain processes 2 visual inputs & one is fuzzy or misaligned, it may "turn off" the poor input as you would a camera. If off for several years it won't turn back on.
