A member asked:

What can i use as a substitue for ace bandage? will the rolled gauze work too?

Possibly.: You will have to roll it on very tight for the same effect. A compression sock might work better. Good luck.

Compression: Using an ace is designed to allow for some compression post-injury. Roll gauze only gives a little of compression. Instead of ace you can use coban (3m) or coflex (andover healthcare). Be careful with how much tensile strength pull you use on coban/coflex as you can cause blood vessel compression if applied to tightly. It should feel snug, but not tight.
