18: In my office i will not perform breast enlargement on anyone less than 18 years of age, but i encourage them to wait until 20-21.

Depends: If it is done in a young girl who is born with breast malformation and has severe asymmetry, it could be done in teenage years for a specific purpose . But if it is just for regular normal breast enlargement, 18 years for saline implants and 22 y for silicone gel implants.
