What are side effects of the mmr vaccine?

Varies: It is a live virus vaccine.Most common side effect is: patients can develop measles (mild version) 7-14 days afterwards. Can have fever and a measles rash. Others can develop knots in the arm or leg or local reactions. Febrile seizures can happen, and fortunately not often. It can drain vitamin a stores so i recommend cod over oil for two weeks after (or before) to prevent/treat this side effect.

Side Effects of MMR: Nothing happens most of the times Sometimes swelling and redness at the site of injection Mild rash and bruise lke spots rarely two weeks after vaccine in 1 n 24000 cases.It gets better without any treatment Other side effects are allergic reaction and rarely mild case of mumps like swelling
