Get tested: I don't know, because i don't know what you did and with whom. Everyone is supposed to be tested for hiv, especially people who have had sexually transmitted diseases. Get tested.

Concurrent STDs: Gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, herpes simplex, hiv, as well as many other infec diseses are transmitted sexually. 'pregnancy is a sexually transmitted disease'! if you were infected w/ gonorrhea you are at risk for being infected w/ HIV as well. You should have been offered an HIV test / your gc treatment; if not, get one and a syphilis test too! practice safe sex; condoms help prevent spread.

See below: If you had one std, you can have any other one too, because they share the same mechanism of transmission. Having one std makes you more prone to get HIV infection, since the inflammation "open" the barrier for the virus to get in. The problem is that you won't know until several months later, using the "regular" HIV tests. So, you need to recheck again every three months x 2 to be sure about it.

Get tested: There's no way to answer that, knowing nothing about what you did and with whom. But you should have been tested for HIV when you were diagnosed with gonorrhea. Everyone with an std is supposed to be tested. For that matter, everyone is supposed to be tested anyway. That's the only way to know.
