No. : But you are on to the right idea that strengthening the pelvic floor muscles can help with certain forms of incontinence. I would recommend your girlfriend see a urologist to find out what type of incontinence she has. There is a role for kegel exercises and pelvic floor muscle training (pfmt) in many types of incontinence.
