May be normal, but: would definitely be interested in evaluation by her Pediatric Urologist. Many kids have intermittent "accidents" after toilet training, however with her history would want to make sure that there was no infection or problem with bladder tone. Her Urologist may want to run further tests.

Nephrologist urology: In addition to her being seen by a pediatric urologist, I would recommend that she be evaluated by a pediatric nephrologist. At 3.5 yrs of age, many children are on their way to being toilet trained. These physicians may be able to help your child.

See pedi urologist: Twin cities has number of first class pediatric urologists. Need to rule out UTI. Sudden urge to void could be from VUR. She may require duplex ureteral reimplantation surgery. Very straight forward for an experienced pediatric urologist. Would be happy to supply names. On other hand, not unusual for a 3 1/2-y-o to have wetting accidents. Good Luck
