Why am i always worried?

Hard to say: Growing up in a chaotic, insecure environment will make an adult interpret current life-events abnormally; one can gain insight by living or by getting good counsel. A rotten life situation, especially a bad work environment, will make anyone worry themselves sick; try to get out. Some brains may tend to worry more than others. Try to understand what makes you worry before using medications.

Depends: If you're worried when an ordinary person of your social status would not be, then you may have generalized anxiety disorder. Gad is the most common problem in neuropsychiatry. Please check with your doctor to be screened for this common condition. Needless worry can also be part of other conditions, so a visit with your doctor would again be important.
