Hard to say: Growing up in a chaotic, insecure environment will make an adult interpret current life-events abnormally; one can gain insight by living or by getting good counsel. Depends: If you're worried when an ordinary person of your social status would not be, then you may have generalized anxiety disorder. Gad is the most common problem in neuropsychiatry. Please check with your doctor to be screened for this common condition. Needless worry can also be part of other conditions, so a visit with your doctor would again be important.
