Try an orthotic: Or arch support, it sounds like you may have either plantar fascitiis or posterior tibial tendonitis. One is a broad banded ligament that holds ul the arch the other a tendon that courses on the underside of the inner ankle and then to the underside of the foot. You would want to support these structures. If pain persists see a podiatrist foot and ankle orthopedist.
