Many things: There are numerous herbal solutions and ointments that can be applied to ulcers. Many people are taking silver supplements or applying it directly to the wound. Unless you are an herbalist and actually know what you are doign i would suuggest seeing a doctor for proper medication and treatment. Ulcers can go down hill quickly. I have several patients who chose the herbal route and ended poorly.

Many things: Honey with a small amount of sugar mixed in. There are many others on the market. It would be best to see a doctor for treatment.
