Entropion: Your lower lids are likely "turned in" and causing issues with your eyelashes irritating your eye. The lid malposition can be corrected to eliminate this issue.

Plucking is OK: If it is a rare thing plucking is ok. But if it is a common occurrence is you eye doctor.
