Usually slow, but...: Ependymomas, astrocytomas, and peripheral nerve sheath tumors all tend to grow relatively slowly, but the impact of a tumor here is great and if detected, generally surgery should be considered at once. I have one case of an ependymoma that produced symptoms for over ten years before it finallyi wish you good luck.
