Depends....: If the test is a blood pregnancy test called quantitative hcg, then no - you are not pregnant. Any other tests are less reliable.

No.: A reliable pregnancy test with negative result means that you are either within two weeks from conception, or that you are no longer pregnant. A previously positive test that is now negative after spotting is consistent with miscarriage.
