Can an enlarged heart be recognized by a physician using his stethoscope?

It may: Unfortunately, there are less physicians that believe in physical findings and order more tests, just to be on the safe side. Part of this problem has to be with litigations and sues. It forces physicians to be absolutely sure of the findings.
