Do you snore?: Frequently those with obstructive sleep apnea have those complaints. You will probably need a "sleep study" where you are hooked up to measure what is going on while you sleep. This condition can lead to a lot of other problems like high blood pressure, depression, heart disease, pulmonary hypertension, low hormone production, so you need to find out if that's the cause.

Several things: Two things to consider....Are you grinding your teeth? Your dentist will be able to tell. Make an appt. Second, do you snore loudly? This could be a sign of sleep apnea. Both of these things can give morning headaches.
