Several ways: If you are just a snorer, try simple things like sleeping on your side (they sell t-shirts with tennis balls on the back), avoid alcohol and sedatives near bedtime and lose weight. If you are a robust snorer, you should have a sleep study done by your md to see if you have sleep apnea which can be very serious. Also, your dentist can make an oral appliace for you. Call your md.
