I need to gain weight, because i have lost it for no reason. any suggestions?

Must be a reason: You cannot lose weight unless you are ingesting less than you are expending in energy, and there is some underlying explanation for this. You should see a primary care doctor and have a full history and physical and possibly some lab tests. Do not delay and hope you are better soon.
