Yes: Cherry angiomas are superficial lesions caused by the dilation of capillaries in the skin. They can be easily removed by any destructive modality eg. Lasers or electrosurgery.

Small hemangioma : Yes typically a dermatologist will remove it via a simple surgical procedure or cauterize using heat.
