Depends: The most common reason for the symptom you describe is dehydration. If you are chronically dehydrated because you don't drink enough water or drink too much caffeine or alcohol (both cause dehydration) then that is a simple fix. However, anemia, middle-ear infections or other possible causes can lead to the same symptoms. If you hydrate better and still have the symptoms then see a doctor.
