Breaks; exercise…: Taking periodic breaks from work to stand & stretch or do some mild exercises may help. Deep, cleansing breaths help oxygenate the body. A high protein snack (peanut butter on slice of cheese or handful of nuts) can help provide an extra burst of energy. Don't rely on caffeine as it may take some time before "kicking in" & interfere with sleep later.
