How many calories should a 15 year old boy eat a day?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Cornelia Franz
Specializes in Pediatrics
Depends: On his activity level. Generally active growing teenage boys need 4000-6000 calories a day. It may be less if overweight or more if very active like michael phelps in training.
