Maybe: How are your other liver tests? If they are normal and you are not a drinker or taking medication i'd recheck in a few weeks. If you drink much alcohol, this could be an early sign you're drinking too much. 84 fasting bs is fine.

Many possibilities: Simply, an elevated SGPT suggests inflammation in your liver. Several other blood tests are needed to fully assess the status of your liver. I would go to your primary care and have he/she order a full liver panel. If still elevated then a more formal liver evaluation is warranted. Many possible reasons exist, too extensive for the scope of this forum.
