Csection 1 week ago went frm 168lbs to 142 in a week haven't had an appetite at all probably only eat once a day something small is this normal or ppd?

Post CSection Weight: Assuming the 168 is before delivery, this may just include the weight of the baby, the amniotic fluid, and increased blood volume of pregnancy. Appetite suppression would be normal after a delivery, but look for other symptoms like sadness, guilt, unusual fatigue.
