I had a c-section 3 weeks ago. my gynae said to remove dressing once it peels off. took it off today as it was still adhesive but i am worried about infection. there is one small, red spot that is not healed. please advise?

Spot: If no fever and your are otherwise feeling OK it would be reasonable to apply a topical antibiotic to the area. Also some topical aloe may help. If the redness does not resolve in a week let them know.
