Stays in system : Zithromax is a novel drug in its mechanism of distribution and dosing. Many require multiple doses daily because they transit the body in a hours, ending in your poo or urine. Zithromax enters the body, binds transiently to fat cells and leaks into the blood over approximately two weeks. U could probably take it all as a single dose & get good results, but the risk of barfing it out would increase.
