Need more info: That finding of para-aortic lymph nodes can have a wide ranging list of possibilities depending on the person's medical history. The findings could range from benign inflamed lymph nodes, benign castleman's disease, lymphoma, or cancers. There are too many possibilities and I do not have enough information to be able to tell here. Would need to follow up with your doctor.
