Prominent abd LN's: Might be time for a PET scan or other fancier imaging. Prominent, but not enlarged, can still be significant. Your pain is there for a reason. If no kidney or ureteral stones, then other explanations should be considered. Lymph nodes can be reactive due to infection or prominent due to sarcoidosis or even malignant spread of a primary cancer. Laparoscopic biopsy can be helpful.
