Can a woman with chlamidya and cervicitis get pregnant after treatment?

Absolutely: Unless the chlamydial infection was so severe that you developed pelvic inflammatory disease (pid) which could scar and close your fallopian tubes, there is no reason why it would prevent you from getting pregnant.
