How do i make a good program work for me for dieting?

Program: I would like to help you think a different way about weight management. I would prefer you to think what good information you can receive from a nutritional program. Permanent weight control is not about a "specific" program. It is the small but permanent changes you make in your daily eating plan. Varying your activities-cycle, walk, swim, yoga, housework, is key. Don't blame yourself. Be happy.

Several points.: First defining your goals. Counting calories in and out generally important. then.. seeing why you don't reach the goals. Mostly due to triggers (emotions/habits/contexts triggering eating). Avoiding, substituting the foods connected to the triggers. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1775472781/1708440999?token=378a5145
