Infection/ Cancer: Tb usually cause supaclavicular bronchial breath sound. Where as bacterial pneumonia can cause bronchial breath sounds in the lower lobe area. And localized area of bronchial breathing in paratracheal or infraclavicular region with history of smoking makes one think in terms of ruling out cancer.
