What can be done about teeth clenching?

Nighguard/exercises: If not treated clinching will ultimately manifest itself in damaging either the teeth or the muscles of the jaw. See your dentist and get a night guard along with some exercises to take some of the stress out of those mucsles which should help decrease the clinching.

A nightguard: It is almost impossible to stop clenching or bruxing habits. A custom-made mouthguard will protect the teeth and the tm joints. Over-the-counter mouth guards are not good for this.
