No: Not in humans. Many times people are worried because they hear that feline leukemia is infectious but this is only among cats.

Somehow...: This is actually a very difficult question. Some cancers including leukemia (blood cancer) may have an infectious component which is usually not sufficient to cause leukemia by itself and other conditions need to exist. Some of the viruses involved in triggering or facilitating leukemia and lymphoma include ebv, htlv, and even hiv.
