Several ways: First, it's not a happy pill. It should not change your personality. At low doses, it helps with anxiety, rumination, and just letting go of problems more easily. At medium doses, it may help with energy. At higher doses, it can help someone enjoy things more and concentrate better. Remember, it takes weeks to work though!
