Panicky exercise: Cardio exercises might make your hr rise mimicking a panicky feel, and may be secondary to not enough water intake. Try drinking 1 bottle of water prior to exercise and drink water during exercise. All in all cardio exercise should help lower anxiety. Did your doctor check thyroid tests?
