Needs Evaluation: Burning and low back pain could be signs of an infection (std or other bacterial infection) that is spreading up into the prostate or moving toward the kidneys. (most common) there are also other less likely causes for the symptoms, which should be able to be included or excluded, based on your exam and testing. See your doctor. With some infections, symptoms may resolve, but continues on.
