Try it: Calming children is challenging for everyone. The most common reason is too much sugar causing this. Changing to a low glycemic diet, stopping the juices and high sugar snacks are helpful turning the lights down at night, no tv which can stimulate him as well as aromatherapy in the bath and room, calming music is worth a try.
